There are many reasons we’re such an exceptional Pharmacy Department. Here are two.

For more than 15 years, Rand has developed his career at PCMH -- and we've helped every step of the way. When asked about the training, Rand adds, "Our training for Pharmacists has been constantly adjusted and reviewed. I personally have learned quite a lot about dealing with personnel issues."

He’s currently working on a process with several others to streamline the indigent meds program. They’re making it faster and safer with the goal of increasing patient satisfaction scores while increasing throughput.

When asked about the PMCH pharmacy, Rand said, “Pharmacy has got to be the best gig around. This place is a great place to work, we work hard, have fun, laugh a lot and help people, what’s not to like?”
